Painting tips

For Winter War themes, prime grey then apply whitewash over field-grey or green base tones; add sponge chipping on helmets and weapons. Use snow and pine-forest basing (mud, rocks, tufts) to sell the Baltic setting. For summer schemes, swap to green tunics and khaki webbing with dusty weathering.
